• Payments are typically structured in milestones based on project progress
• Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Finnish law
• We reserve the right to suspend work for overdue payments

6. Warranties and Quality

EliteLaunchium warrants that our services will be performed with professional skill and care in accordance with industry standards. Specific warranty terms for materials and workmanship will be detailed in project agreements.

Our quality assurance processes ensure that all modular components meet applicable building codes and standards. However, warranties are subject to proper use, maintenance, and compliance with our installation and care instructions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, EliteLaunchium's liability is limited as follows:

• Our total liability for any project shall not exceed the total contract value
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Claims must be brought within two years of the completion of services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, labour disputes, material shortages, or other unforeseeable events.

In such circumstances, the affected party will notify the other party promptly and use reasonable efforts to minimise the impact of the delay.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tampere, Finland, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

We encourage the amicable resolution of any disputes through direct negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, we may agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate ongoing service relationships in accordance with the specific terms set out in project agreements.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in any unlawful or harmful activities.

Upon termination, all rights and obligations shall cease except for those that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.
